Power Battery Solution

Power batteries are the power sources that provide power for tools, often referring to batteries that provide power for electric vehicles, electric trains, electric bicycles, and golf carts. Power batteries are the core components of new energy vehicles and an important direction for future energy transformation.

To provide safe and efficient lithium-ion battery solutions for electric cabinet enterprises, and to solve capacity problems for the high-frequency users of low-speed electric vehicles, such as delivery, couriers, riders and other urban short-distance delivery industry.

Previously, valve sealed lead-acid batteries and open tube lead-acid batteries were commonly used for power batteries, but now lithium iron phosphate batteries are being used. It has the advantages of high energy and power, high energy density, high rate of partial charge cycling, wide working temperature range, long service life, safety and reliability, etc. It can quickly charge and discharge at high current 2C, and can be fully charged within 40 minutes at 1.5C under a dedicated charger.

The starting battery is a small battery and also a type of power battery. It is mainly responsible for providing electricity for electronic devices other than high-power appliances such as electric motors, air conditioners, etc. of new energy vehicles, such as headlights, wipers, door locks, horns, brakes, etc., which are all powered by it.

UPS System Solution

Uninterruptible power supply is a type of uninterrupted power supply that contains energy storage devices, mainly used to provide uninterrupted power supply to some devices that require high power stability. When the mains power input is normal, the UPS stabilizes the mains power and supplies it to the load for use. At this time, the UPS is an AC voltage stabilizer, and it also charges the internal battery; When the mains power is interrupted (due to an accident power outage), UPS immediately supplies 220V AC power to the load by switching the DC energy of the battery through the inverter, ensuring that the load maintains normal operation and protects the load’s software and hardware from damage.

Backup battery is a device for energy conversion and storage, which converts chemical or physical energy into electrical energy through a reaction. During the period when lithium batteries were not widely used, lead-acid batteries were basically used as backup batteries. However, the number of uses and cycles of lead-acid batteries is much lower than that of lithium batteries, so most backup batteries used now will be replaced with lithium batteries, such as base station batteries, storage center backup batteries, and backup batteries for large cruise ships, etc.

The backup battery for base stations is a lithium iron phosphate battery. Lithium iron phosphate battery is a new type of low-cost, high-performance lithium iron phosphate battery, which has advantages such as high energy density, small size, light weight, long cycle life, and green environmental protection. It is widely used in fields such as vehicle power supply, microwave communication base station devices, and power systems.

According to global data statistics, the actual number of 5G base stations built in various regions has exceeded tens of millions, and the development of the communication industry is irreversible. Lithium iron phosphate batteries have the characteristics of small size and light weight, and under the same capacity, the cost of lithium iron phosphate batteries is lower. Communication devices are mostly high-power wireless handheld devices or small energy storage power sources, among which using lithium iron phosphate batteries as backup power sources has cost advantages and good battery life.
